Shipping-policy
Supply, delivery and order status
- All product prices are inclusive VAT and exclusive shipping fees.
- Once your order is received, we inform you via email on the status of the processing of your order as accurate as possible. When you place an order with J.ele you will receive the following status messages:
- 1.Confirmation email is immediately sent after placing your order.
- 2.An email will be sent once your order is sent by us, possibly with Tracking number.
- It is essential that you enter an e-mail address in the "checkout". If a problem occurs with your order, or if we need to contact you for other reasons, we will do this by email.
- We deliver worldwide! Your orders will be sent fully insured.
- In general ordered products will delivered within 2 working days within the Netherlands. Within Europe, within 3 working days and for all other destinations outside Europe the delivery time is 6 working days after the confirmation of your payment. Delivery is made only on the specified delivery address, if in stock. You will be informed as soon as possible if any delay occurs.
- The above delivery times are indications, and may change. J.ele is not liable for damage caused by excess of delivery times or lost of an order by mail and parcel service during transport. With this kind of exceeding of the delivery time you are not entitled to compensation or the right to cancel your order or agreement, unless the exceeding of the time of delivery is such rather exceeded you can not reasonably be required to maintain the agreement. In that case you are entitled to cancel the order or to dissolve the agreement where necessary.
- If you are not satisfied with a product you must return the product within 10 days after receiving the product. If you want to exchange a product you will pay the postage for the returned goods.
- Returned goods are accepted only if the item is undamaged and unused, and if the original packaging is still intact.
- J.ele takes care of delivery by post or shipment in any other way chosen by J.ele. The ownership of the products only will be passed on at delivery, if you paid the amount that you owe J.ele under contract.
- J.ele is entitled to send products in parts. When one part of your order can not be delivered, you will find it on your invoice. The additional costs of back orders will be paid by J.ele.
- If you register an address to J.ele by letter, J.ele is entitled to send all orders to that address, unless you inform J.ele by letter of another address to which your orders have to be sent. It is not allowed to register a post office box as a delivery address.
